Well I did it yesterday. Day 1 Week 1, it is intense and I sweat like crazy. I was only 15 min workout(for day 1 that is) and its an interval training (I think). I really like it but I didnt do it like I should yesterday and I'm going to do Day 1 again then progress. I think its fun and everyone should try
