Figure out how to use your account, and start recording everything you eat to see how much you are really eating.

Be consistent use the app and exercise . Stick with it even if you don't see change for a while

I make low carb shakes with cocoa powder, almond milk, vanilla, and stevia. Whip up in the blender with ice cubes til slushy. Yum! and low carb low cal.

Any activity trackers that sync with FatSecret?
I'm debating on buying a FitBit Charge HR or a Jawbone Up3. I wish there was a tracker which would feed the activity to my FatSecret.

Eating so little will put your body into starvation mode. And that's not good - long term you could get ill, you need to eat a sensible amount for your weight.
