What is the deal with these scales? People keep mentioning them. I know they have wifi and can beam your weight to whatever you have it linked to, but they are pricey. Do they do anything else, other than the standard weight and BF%?

Useless for me since I weigh once a month or so, but for those who love to track their daily and intradaily fluctuations it might be a cool gadget. For the body monitor part, Omron are better and cheaper, but they do not have wifi

Personally I would rather see an integration with body monitors such as bodymedia or others on the market rather than with a scale. I do not see the great benefit of the scale integration, maybe because I feel that weighing too often is actually counterproductive

If you do a search for "withings" in the forums you can see that hundreds if not thousands of people have been requesting this for years. It doesn't seem like the folks here are interested in doing it. http://fatsecret.com/Community.aspx?pa=fmse&keywords=withings&dietid=0&f=53There is a site that I found called syncmetrics.com whose purpose is to sync different sites. They already sync the withings body scale with the fitbit.com site. I have added a request for them to add sync capabilities between withings and fatsecret.com If you go there and vote for this request they may just add this capability. http://themissingsync.uservoice.com/forums/184156-general/suggestions/4016678-sync-between-withings-body-scale-and-fatsecret-com

I googled "sync withings scale to fat secrets" and i found a company called syncmetric that already has a program that enabled me to sync my withings data with my fat secrets program. Yea!! just go to www.syncmetrics.com and follow the registration instructions and the rest is easy.

It was very interesting for me when i read, "It measures more than your weight and understands where you stand with the Body Mass Index (BMI) and use the Blood Presuse Monitor to an easily and accurately self-measure your blood pressure." Keep it up.

Use of scales are good for us Because we can calculate calories in our food by using a good food scale. Scale is a good product to achieve our goal and continue our diet plan. Some kinds of commercial scales are same as kitchen scale that kinds of scales are both features.

I suspect your requests would be dealt with by FS by clicking on "contact" button at bottom of page and make your suggestion. However desirable your integration request is, I suspect attempting to rewrite the old coding FS has would be difficult if not impossible. Lets hope they can. Hi all, I miss a sync for activities with Endomondo and FatSecret. Everyday when I have cycled or runned, I copy the data from Endomondo to Fatsecret. It would be awsome when the app did it automatically. I've asked this at the FS and Endomondo team and FS says that Endomondo needs to fix this. I asked them and they say when you have enough votes, they will make it. If you want a sync with Endomondo and FatSecret you could vote for the feature on https://support.endomondo.com/hc/communities/public/questions/202182337-Automatically-export-training-to-FatSecret-comYour vote is appreciated!
