question on Atkins

Have any of you alternated one day with 10 or less carbs and the other day with the 20 or less? Just wondering if I consume more meat/eggs on one day and then include the veggies the next and do this during induction that it may make me lose more. Thoughts?

I think you should try it one way for a week, then try it the other way and see if it makes any difference.

The way I see Atkins it is about teaching you good long term habits. Good long term habits would be including lots of veggies with your foods every day.
20 net carbs are not a lot - it is not really going to make much a difference for your losses.
But it will start to make you think more about veggies and it will start to make you think about what carbs are and how you can eat them and live with them but just limit them

I gave my bars away, I did get those and some coupons, but the little book is handy. I still carry it around as you know my plan doesn't fit Atkins. Though we match on lots of things... it is a handy ...

This is tough......I,m spending 90% of my time trying to stay on meal plan and the other 10% going off it.....Resulting in an increase in weight..
