How Often Do you weigh yourself?
Every morning, and once a week with my trainer. Today was my weigh in with her - in the morning I weighed 153, but with her I was at 156 (but we decided on 153 since it was all from the water I drank)

Any Method to Edit Fitness Report?
try clicking on that activity in your exercise diary. It should bring up the specifics and allow you to change the time in much the same way as you can change the amount of food in your food diary.
