This fellow is college educated. Very. if you want to be lean follow this as close as you can.
He charged me nothing to type this up for me, he truly cares.
Morning
8 oz water or more if needed. vitamins
2 to 3 egg whites or
low sodium cottage cheese
1 to 2 teaspoons almond butter
Organic strawberries
Mid-morning snack
Organic apple, water
Lunch
Mixed greens or spinach salad, olives, cucumbers, tomatoes, walnuts, chicken. Low mercury tuna is fine too. Water.
Snack
Almonds 8 to 10 pieces - raw and unsalted. Water.
Dinner
Unlimited vegetables of your choice, fish. Water.
For breakfast you can make shake and you can make it also for lunch or dinner:
Jay Robb egg white or whey protein,
Organic blueberries or raspberries,Ice. Use water or unsweetened almond milk or rice milk.
Feel free to drink tea with no caffeine. Green tea or Oolong tea are good choices. Eliminate coffee, limit alcohol to minimum. Dark chocolate 60% rich & up - 2 small pieces per day.
Give this all your best effort!

That wouldn't work for me at all. Low fat, eggs, and whey. Killer.

I don't ue any milk at all
but when I did, I made my own almond milk (no preservatives or sugar, or added anything, just almonds and milk) in my vitamix.
chocolate in the very dark state (free trade of course) is good for you as it ia a needed fat, and it tastes good.

Nothing amazing seems ok for a day if you like the foodstuffs but hardly ground breaking
Egg whites only is so 1990s nothing wrong with whole eggs the way nature intended and we evolved to eat them

What is "proper fats"? There are only 713 calories in that menu plan. I wouldn't be eating enough fat or enough protein, and I would end up binging.
Like many people I can't eat eggs or whey.
A lot of people have college degrees. It doesn't mean very much.
