Eat, always eat. If I can find a Subway or an egg-white sandwich from a bagel shop that's a good thing to grab for the car, if I don't have time to eat a grilled chicken salad.

I usually skip lunch. I'm counting calories, and am working the 11-7 shift, so I am too busy to get hungry. I generally just eat an apple for breakfast and then have a nice dinner. If I eat lunch, it tends to throw off my whole day.

I love playing basketball
