O yeah the only thing I dont cheat on it my fasting window. I only eat between 12-8pm. plus if I do cheat I try to stay within my caloric needs which is around 1500 but i aim for no more than 1200. But no one is perfect. plus dont forget to add some weight lifting to your workout.

eKatherine, not sure I share your theory of our ancestors when you take into account the life expectancy a century or two ago and now. Old age to them was 50-60 years. Clearly they worked harder or had far more exercise so what other than what they ate could cause that?

i may be wrong but i think she is talking about 'primitive/cave man'

they lived a somewhat riskier life and although generally very healthy they were highly likely to get killed by each other, wild animals, accidents and infections.

once we started eating grain and cultivated crops mankinds health declined but the population grew hugely

If you are looking for a hemp protein recipe, maybe this will help you. There are a lot of different recipes that you can choose from. One of the recipes that you can make is hemp protein bars. These bars have protein in them and taste sweet. You can eat them for a snack or after you workout.

The dry ingredients are:
1 cup of pumpkin seeds
1 cup of dried shredded coconut
1/2 cup of hemp hearts
1/2 cup of hemp protein powder
4 tbsp of chia seeds
2 tbsp of bee pollen
6 tbsp rolled oats

Craving
Well good luck with those challenges. There must be a good reason you feel you can't have just one of the carb, lower calorie beers. I admire your discipline and determination.

weigh in
Good luck! I weigh in every day which has to stop. It is too easy to get caught up in the excitement of seeing the scale drop so much in a week-that is because of water weight I am sure.
