More protein less fat?

I am having a hard time getting in my appropriate levels of protein. On average about 2/3 of my diet is carbs, less than 1/3 is fat and the rest is protein. I am a vegetarian and have been eating nuts and beans almost everyday. But many of those have more fat than protein! What can I eat to reduce carbs and fat and increase protein? Thanks for the help!

If you eat dairy you can eat some yogurt or cottage cheese.
Eggs - if those are acceptable for you
Tofu or tempeh if you are into soy
A protein powder if you really need to. You can also get something called Textured vegetable Protein
Some veggies like mushrooms have protein

If you are new to being a vegetarian maybe check out some books or websited.

Yeah, just assume calorie(s) whenever you see kcal. xD I never even knew it meant kilocalorie.
