Thank you, Pamula! I am in a "forgive yourself" mode, since I'm not doing so well. I wish you great success also! Smile

Sandra: I have learned to use slip ups a a teaching tool. Something very similar to the school of hard knocks.
We all may stumble and sometimes fall, but the strength in our belief in oursleves to accomplish our goals gets us back up to continue on.
Stay strong..

Everyone slips up and makes mistakes... its what we learn from them that counts .

For me , teaching myself what my "triggers" are helps me stay strong ....
And not beating myself up when I do fall is a work in progress
Good luck to you both!

Qsymia anyone?
I have used supplements in the past that work pretty effectively and you do not need a prescription or have to worry about as many negative side effects. Just another option!
