AWWW feel for you. It definately affects what you eat. Had a permanent one (in front) a couple of weeks ago and it is still sore--guess they have to do some adjusting and another root canal last week on a molar.

The above is a good list of suggestions! I personally love jerky. It's low in fat, high protein and takes effort to eat, so it slows you down! If you're looking for a snack, it's a nice one ...
