Smile I'm going to start eating healthy without completely cutting everything. ive lost weight in the past by cutting all carbs and sugar, but ive realized that's not always the best way because im not going to eat like that the rest of my life. today im going to start eating healthy but realistic. still no junk food and less sugar, but a piece bread or a 100 calorie pack every now and then wont hurt.
