Today is the day! Smile I'm going to start eating healthy without completely cutting everything. ive lost weight in the past by cutting all carbs and sugar, but ive realized that's not always the best way because im not going to eat like that the rest of my life. today im going to start eating healthy but realistic. still no junk food and less sugar, but a piece bread or a 100 calorie pack every now and then wont hurt. Good plan! I decided today was the day I needed to start tracking my food again to really see how many calories I am eating a day and how much of that is junk food, yikes, I'm sure it's going to be an eye opener!!

Just keep on keeping on! Set small attainable goals and once you reach them, set new ones. Progress, no matter how small....is progress! Seems like you are on the right track.
