Cookies are evil.. Do you know what triggered the binge? Just a tip remember how sick they made you feel, I know I've done the exact same thing with a couple of items and now I can not even stomach one...

I used to eat them decades ago. But it's been ages since they had a manufacturer that actually made them fresh and tasty.

There are lots of situations where you have to stand up for yourself and say no. Next time you are tempted to buy girl scout cookies because it is a worthy group you want to donate to, think of how actually only a small amount of that money actually goes to the group, pennies per box after costs. Think of how the cookies aren't really that good. They are kind of stale already. And you deserve better. You deserve the best.

It is false economy to eat something just because it's there, because otherwise it will go to waste. Would you let someone inject fat directly to your hips if they told you otherwise it would go to waste? Of course not.

So find out how to make a donation to the group, make that donation, and buy yourself a single cookie at a bakery, take it home, and totally enjoy it.

Anyone know any low-carb or no-carb snacks?
The above is a good list of suggestions! I personally love jerky. It's low in fat, high protein and takes effort to eat, so it slows you down! If you're looking for a snack, it's a nice one ...
