Good Afternoon..........starting out new here today, have had many failures and needing this time to be a total success for me. I decided to keep the carbs down, sort of a atkins/paleo/low-carb mixture. Looking forward to making friends and gaining a lot of motivation to stay on track. Can't seem to get motivated. I want to lose 10 lbs. but the scale is not moving at all. Maybe because I have been snacking too much on Ritz crackers and peanut butter. These are addictive to me. I am quitting cold turkey. No more. I am also doing to No Junk Food challenge. Can't wait to start.

I like do zucchini and sliced onions cooked in about a tablespoon of olive oil with some garlic seasoning. It's delish with some either grilled chicken or pork.

Disappointing.
Thanks Diablo. I am in it for the long haul. It is just this early in the process, with such a lot to lose, a good second week would have perked me up.
