Good Afternoon..........starting out new here today, have had many failures and needing this time to be a total success for me. I decided to keep the carbs down, sort of a atkins/paleo/low-carb mixture. Looking forward to making friends and gaining a lot of motivation to stay on track. Joined a couple of groups.....tried to post but I don't think it went through. Question Confused

Can't seem to get motivated. I want to lose 10 lbs. but the scale is not moving at all. Maybe because I have been snacking too much on Ritz crackers and peanut butter. These are addictive to me. I am quitting cold turkey. No more. I am also doing to No Junk Food challenge. Can't wait to start.

weigh in
Good luck! I weigh in every day which has to stop. It is too easy to get caught up in the excitement of seeing the scale drop so much in a week-that is because of water weight I am sure.
