Hang in there! We've all had those days, but this to shall pass!
God grant me the serenity

courage to change the things I can;
and wisdom to know the difference.

I concur, don't let the scale set your mood...it's just a piece of metal.

I agree with both! Don't give up! and don't always live by the scale. Tomorrow is always a better day and if not reevaluate what your doing and eating Smile

Hey <hug> dont worry, tomorrow is another day. A gain sucks of course, but hang in there, it is extremely unlikely to be fat - if youre ate a bit, then not ate so much, its likely to be a fair amount of water.

The important thing is not to dwell on it and let it make you give up! Youre still at a net loss, smaller than when you started - and even if you had gone back to where you were, or even heavier, its carrying on that matters. Ups and downs are normal and expected, its a general downward curve/trend that we need and, that is what you still have.

Big hugs, chin up

Xxx

BMI
According to my BMI I should weigh 115-154. I only use it to estimate what weight range I should head for, although I know it's not always an accurate indicator.
