Today I was really brave!!! I worked until late tonight, I got home around 9pm, I got myself ready went running, it's 26° outside, I ran 10km(6,213miles) In 1h02 it felt so good it made me so happy. Bad Grin

I gave my bars away, I did get those and some coupons, but the little book is handy. I still carry it around as you know my plan doesn't fit Atkins. Though we match on lots of things... it is a handy ...
