I'm 29 (for the next month at least.. though that's another story Wink ) from Northern California, looking to lose somewhere between 30-40 lbs, and need a buddy (or buddies would be great!) to help me stay on track, swap recipes, and help to stay motivated!

I'm a bit of a nerd (gamer, foodie, etc) and would love to meet a buddy with common interests Smile

I am shooting for 30 carbs per meal to lower weight and sugar level. Any ideas?
