Do you mean foods?

In my opinion foods that have nutrients but does not spike your blood sugar. And foods that are natural and whole and not too refined.
My low carb foods
vegetables (the non starchy ones)
Nuts (but limited)
Yogurt (plain not mixed with fruits and stuff)
Some dairy (but not the ones where fat has been removed like milk)
berries (but smaller amounts and eaten with some fat or protein)
Of course protein foods like meat, fish, eggs and fats like butter and oil have virtually no carbs and those make up the majority of my diet.

Avoid anything with refined grains and with added sugar
Or products were fiber and fat has been removed like fruit juices and skim milk

I agree, carbs I eat are:

- veggies (non starchy--daily greens, sulfer-rich veggies, bright colors)
- fruits/berries (low sugar) avacado nearly everyday
- Dairy in moderation
-greek yogurt--and not the fake greek yogurt Smile
-milk (in moderation)
-cheese (hard cheese in moderation like string cheese)
-cottage cheese
- nuts/seeds

I try and get most of my carbs from fruits/veggies/dairy and very little from cereals/breads, etc. If I do have cereals I eat steel cut oats or a cereal rich in fiber (Kashi has great cereals).
