I have not been logging my food nor have i been working out. My mom is staying with us a few weeks and I have totally gotten out of my routine, I havent cheated but once when I ate a tortilla but other than that, nada !! I need to get back on track and logging everything I put in my mouth. I am starting a boot camp next week so I need to get back to working out or walking or something !! Darn !!
