I wonder if the calorie counts shown here are accurate.

Here's what shows up:

1 cup Frozen Strawberries 222 calories

1 cup Strawberries Unsweetened in Water Pack (Cooked or Canned) 51 calories

that just looks like a huge difference and I wonder if someone can explain.

USDA gives a one cup cal count from
32 to 74 depending on slicing vs. pureed.

I wonder if the frozen strawberries that show up here have sugar added and it doesn't show in the ingredients.

The only way to be sure to be correct is to measure your products raw on a scale. Everthing else is a bit guessing
Also here because people insert information errors can creap in so you have to be alert.

The cup of frozen strawberries I agree - looks like sugar was added. Is there an entry for unsweetened. In a cup strawberries would probalby take up the same volume raw as frozen so you could enter the number for raw unsweetened strawberries

Frozen strawberries that come in a block have a lot of sugar added to them. The ones frozen individually usually have none.

I would use this
because the source is USDA. Freezing them isn't going to change the nutritional content, they're still strawberries. I always look for the USDA listing on fresh produce. But if the package has a nutrition label, you can enter that info in the system.

Scroll to the bottom of the entry that you linked to and you'll see this:

"Contains these Ingredients:
254 g Strawberries (solids and liquids, heavy syrup pack, canned)"

There's your answer, right there. "Heavy syrup" is a polite way of saying "a boatload of sugar".

for a sandwich its best to have weight plus whats in it, as just half a sandwich could be any number of calories depending on bread type, size of bread, spreads used, filling etc
