The only way to lose arm fat is to reach your goal weight. Fat comes off in the order it went on.

If you have extra arm skin, that is a different issue. I have some of that myself. There's nothing that can be done for saggy, flappy upper arms short of surgery, which leaves nasty scars. If you did decide to opt for surgery, the best time would be after you have reached your weight goal.

short of surgery, lifting free weights 3 days a week to tone up the underlying muscle would be wise

Indeed, no woman wants the size of arm muscles it would take to fill up 4 inches of slack skin.

whether you are on a treadmdill eliptical whatever never hold on to the handle bars, zuma is great and you can join a class for as low as 5 dollars, i use weights and i do aerobics for 20 minutes a day on just my arms alone, plus strength training is so important for at least 2 hours a week and stay away from carbs and sugars high protein is the way to go. Smile good luck

Hold up your arms as if you're weight lifting. Then bring your elbows together. Move them apart again. Then bring them together again. I'm about 105 pounds overweight, but I don't have 'bingo arms' because I CAN do this exercise. It's about the only one I CAN do, though, so I don't lose weight very fast.
