that is a little bit harsh
We all need motivation because we have to deprive ourselves of items on diet.
That saying works for many without it meaning that they have an eating dissorder

I like to edit this phrase to say:

"Nothing tastes as good as being healthy feels"

"Nothing tastes as good as being STRONG and sexy feels"

Someone who is busier than you is working out right now.
There will come a day when you can no longer do this. Today is not that day.

Oh, sorry, I probably should have added some more background info. It actually genuinely *is* one of the main mottoes of the pro-anorexia community (Yes, there really is such a thing Smile ). I wasn't trying to be harsh.

"Nothing tastes as good as being healthy feels" is a great edit.

yes, agree with erika2633 and jhttfn..that's the first thing that popped into my head when I've seen the quote posted; healthy feels better than skinny.
That's from a person who got sick trying to be thinner.
