So as everyone knows that when it comes to the new year, having a huge goal usually sets you up for failure. I started this about 3-4 weeks ago where every monday i come up with a new mini goal. I must say so far it really is working. I even put a post it note of my new goal as well as my other ones on my work desk so it is in front of me. Here is what I have been doing so far:

Week 1- Eat breakfast everyday
Week 2- Correct your posture and sit up straight
Week 3- Drink more water
Week 4- Take all of your vitamins every morning

It is really helping me correct all my little problems overall. If i cant think of a personal goal then ill give myself something to organize in the house. This monday is going to be to get my hall closet done and throw things away. That way, come summer my house will be clean and structured as well as my body.

I'm reading this while eating some absolutely delightful fresh melon for breakfast. If the melon isn't soft enough on its own you could add it to a fruit smoothie.
