Hi.. I am doing a person project and would like to have some motivational quotes that help people through rough times. If you should have any and would not mind sharing please responde thank you.

There's sow great websites out there, that give you poems and quotes. I used to use them all the time when I was training. Just google motivational quotes  " Success is what you make it, there's no better time to make a change than the present."

Hi Pam, For motivation, I've taken to watching past seasons of "Biggest Loser" on HULU. Often I just fast forward to the end. I find it very motivational to see the transformation in the person voted out each episode. Naturally, the season finale is always a motivational kick as well. Sadly though, the bulk of the show is empty calories, with little real guidance on diet and exercise technique. -- Goal 1 - Run half marathon in early June (run not walk) Goal 2 - Drop 100 lbs total before my birthday in late June
