I totally failed! In the last week of my challenge! Which I was doing really good...WAS being the key word. I took three days off and ate everything and anything. I'm not sure why I did it, but I regret it now for sure. I am back on track as of yesterday and intend to keep it that way. Just bummed at failing is all. Here we go again!Confused

Ugh, it happens doesn't it? But, as long as you pick yourself up and carry on - you will be fine. Its continuing that counts.

Anyway, you had lost quite a bit of weight, so even putting a little bit back on you are still definitely headed in the right direction!

Onwards and upwards!

It just sucks that I had to work at it for almost three weeks to see changes and feel good and it only took three days to make it go down the drain! I am not where I started but I did fall back...I am determined to get to my goal! I'm going to do this!

Yesterday is gone, you can't change it or make things any different for what has been but you can make it better today and tomorrow plus all the days after. Don't beat yourself up, at least now you know it's not worth it for the next time that demon sits on your shoulder and tries to say it's ok.

Yea, it happens to the best of us. Kind of keeps one sane at the same time while the body is still adjusting to a new way of eating. Dust yourself off and get refocus and you'll be golden

Some challenges are extremely unrealistic. The more extreme the diet, the more likely you will have an uncontrollable binge at the end.

You don't fail if you don't quit, and you haven't quit. Stop beating yourself up about a wee stumble, and just let it fuel your determination more. xx

We all do it, the real test is how we come back. I second the clean eating. Clean and high protein seems to get me going again. Trying to remember that myself right now! I feel best on high protein/low fat and have successfully done it but lately it's been a struggle. Good luck we are all here to help Smile!

Anyone know any low-carb or no-carb snacks?
