Has anyone done the Jamie Eason 12 week Live Fit Challenge? I was thinking of giving it a try, or at least working my way over to clean eating and cutting out processed crap. It's gonna be so hard, though!
Goal 1: 190-Reached 9/26/12
Goal 2: 170-Reached 7/18/13
Goal 3: 150
Goal 4: 130

I am doing the Bill Phillipa 12 week challenge, I weigh in tomorrow but I am really enjoying his challenge, because I love to eat and you get to eat 6 times a day. Just need to have protein and carb , or nutrition drink, very easy and exercise. I waLK THE TREADMILL FOR 20 MIN AND DO SOME LIGHT UPPER BODY WORK OUTS AND CRUNCHES. My goal is 145 and I now weigh about 164.

Butter substitute
I eat butter...I enjoy it everyday and my weight and blood glucose are going down...its probably better for you then any substitues.

making progress!
doing good but i can tell you after years of doing low carb high fat... i would not have time to count the calories... i only count the carbs ... and stay about 25 a day... good luck......

Not a diet
Very true. That is for sure the reason I have failed so many times. Currently, my portion sizes are about a third of what they were. I need to stay like that.
