What would your mini goal be for this week? Sticking to your diet (life style) of choice, exercising more or just being good to yourself by eating healthy?

I'm going for a bit more walking and stretching while tracking everything that goes into my mouth.

Thanks. I'm a bit of a chocoholic so I'll do my best (let you know next week how I did). Did have an Options hot chocolate earlier but at 40 calories that doesn't count.

Let's see...added weight program today to my current cardio routine. Plan to do treadmill/elliptical 25-30 minutes 4 days and wt training 3 days x 30 minutes. Determined to keep healthy meals/snacks and focus on portion control! Good luck to everyoneSmile

My experience is that when I add a modest "fat" in the morning - usually an egg and a teaspoon of butter... I'm good all day with holding to smaller portions, and I seem to see more results. ...
