hi i was bought for xmas the hairy dieters cook book and i must say its got to be the best and easiest way to lose some weight, any one else got it.

I've got it but haven't tried any of the recipes yet. You could do the same with portion control and eat the normal food but that takes the fun out of it lol

I haven't got the book but the Hairy Bikers (assume that's the same duo) had a programme on BBC which was excellent. Their recipes are on the BBC Good Food site. They looked very tasty on TV. Will be making the chicken korma and the sweet and sour. Yum yum

I've flagged those to make too as they sound great. Also have my eye on the quiche and one of the coconut curries. Might make the tangle pie tomorrow if I can trudge through the snow to the shops to get some of the bits that I need.
