Me too! I just blew it on Fri and ate everything in sight. Climbed back on yesterday though and hope I can stay there. I've only lost 1 lb since Christmas, keep going up and down and up and down.

Are we doing something wrong or is it just a plateau stage that will pass?

I have the same problem down 2 lb up 1 lb and so on. I did some research on a medication I was on and guess what? It causes lots of weight gain.
I stopped taking the medication (12/28/12 with Dr. approval) going through some side effect.
With a healthy diet and exercise I should start seeing some results.
I need support in keeping myself motivated.

Way to go, 2 lbs is nothing to sneeze at! Keep working on it, step up the moving and hang on to the good eating. You'll get there, you CAN do it!
