Nutrition information for added recipies

Is there a way I can add these data figures for the meal rather than add individual ingredients which is tiresome for long ingredient lists with different metrics for portions etc. Can anyone help? issue with the app

I just re.-downloaded this app. I used it begore on my old phone and loved it. Its excellent. I'm finding my food diary screen is displaying multiple screens at the same time. Is it a bug? Liz
