I was in such a period from Beginning of 2012 till end 2012 and i gained about 13 kg, 26 pounds, or 29 lbs....great...all about control and life
I really like fatsecret, you record anything(never cheat e situation.
your self) and it shows you the uncovered truth. i believe as more detailed you do it as more you are into it and as more you can work with it successful. Its give me pressure when i type my food in and see the calories bump up and start to think how to contain it within my target to lower my intake to 50 % of the shown calories.
And i nearly make it every day and I am happy with it.

When i reach my target weight of 85 kg, i will try to do the 80 kg which was every my dream weight. I am sure i can do it, i want to look good for my new love. She is as well a great push, she is super fit, BMI under 20, a hardbody like out of the book, not a single pound fat on her ...lets do that...we can all go there and be as good as that .....Rudy

Someone who is busier than you is working out right now.
There will come a day when you can no longer do this. Today is not that day.
