I've had great experiences while doing this somewhat unconventional sport and the great thing is...it's all over the world. I encourage you to check it out. I still do it but sometimes our weather is not real cooperative at this time of year. In my state, MN, the state parks even have them. Not only is it a great exercise activity, but a great hobby. I've met great people and seen places I otherwise wouldn't have known existed!

Love this post. Geocaching is a great motivator to get outside and move around! It has definitely led me on some great adventures. I highly recommend especially if you are the type of person that has trouble getting motivated to go out for a walk, run or bike ride. Many geocaches are located in parks, along bike paths, on hiking trails and clustered in urban areas. It's a great way to get out there and explore and get exercise in without even knowing it.
