Do we have to do anything different for the last 10 pounds? I started my diet in June of last year and am 40 pounds down with 10 to go. This week I have watched my weight go up 2 lbs and then back down by 2 lbs. Just wondering do I continue doing what I have been doing?

the key principle is always the same, you just need to adjust your exercise and calorie budget since your resting metabolism is likely to have gone down due to weight loss therefore it will be harder to create a calorie deficit.

Congratualtions on your loss so far! Simply keep doing what you're doing. Don't make drastic changes. Maybe re-assess if your calorie intake is good? You should be about 500-1000 less than you burn on a daily basis. I went from 360 lbs to 170 lbs. Along the way I lowered my calorie intake gradually, and started exercising as I found I had more energy. That's essentially all I did. I will say that the last 1 or 2 lbs for me were kinda stubborn, but simply by keeping doing what I had been doing got me there. So keep it up!

weigh in
Good luck! I weigh in every day which has to stop. It is too easy to get caught up in the excitement of seeing the scale drop so much in a week-that is because of water weight I am sure.

Need suggestions on healthy/low-calorie foods.
You can use shakes for a few days. I have used the Atkins shakes and they are very good tasting. Soups are good though as stated above you may have to puree them. You could puree or blend cottage cheese ...
