purchase a bouquet of kale in your produce section...
spray pam on 2 cookie sheets...
wash and spread leaves on cookie sheets....
spray pam on leaves....
sprinkle sea salt sparingly...
oven at 350 and bake till edges are brown (20 min. or so).
i use olive oil spray pam.....
try not to eat"m all in one sitting Wink

I prefer using a mister and my own oils, so that I can control exactly what kind of oils I'm using. I try to avoid trans fats, among other things.

Yum, steak is a rarity for me as well. Am planting some chard, not something that is available to buy, have never even seen it in a farmers market here.

Check the food label, it should tell you. Rice tends to have higher calories. Usually it's 1/4 cup dry and about 150-200 calories
