Took out the Paleo Blueprint book to reread from this summer! I have been slipping with a cheat here and there and then Wonder why I'm not getting results! Am determined to follow according to guidelines for the next 30 days and see just what my results will be!

Disappointing.
Thanks Diablo. I am in it for the long haul. It is just this early in the process, with such a lot to lose, a good second week would have perked me up.
