Today is my first day and I'm kinda overwhelmed by all the tons of information and different 'links'. I'm browsing thru everything, but what I'm really wondering about is the 2 challanges I joined....is there going to be something NEW pertaining to this challenge waiting for me to read each day when I get up or am I just on my own "knowing" that I'm part of the challange and there's really no 'interaction' with it? And also, it says to "log" my water intake with one of the challenges. Where do I log it? Just in my journal entry or where? Thanks for any help you can provide me....

I'm still pretty new to the challenges as well, I just started the "wii with me" challenge. On the home page of your challenge, there should be a "weigh in and report link" you usually do this once a week, depending on what your challenge guidelines are, there it will ask you if you have completed any of the "mini-changes" i.e. drinking 8 glasses of water a day, 30min of cardio, or whatever other mini challenges yours has. You can log your water intake in your food diary.

I'm pretty new to this as well. Have been using FatSecret at the app, Calorie Counter, for about a month now. I enjoy it. Just explore the website and use what you think is best for you. I'm a part of a few challenges, but honestly having been paying that much attention - so then maybe the challenges aren't the best tool for me?
Good luck and welcome!

I agree, but what an amazing free resource it is! There is a place for absolutely everything! Even a place to keep a note of your feelings (journal)

ECO Atkins for a skinny vegetarian with a belly
This would be a good question for the nutritionist over on the atkins.com boards. Colette Heimowitz is her name. Post your question with her name in the title and she will respond.

Weekends are hard for me too, but last weekend I made sure to come on here and record everything and that helped. I don't know if you record on weekends or not, but if you don't it may help. I ...

c-section aftermath
