This is me at 151 lbs I'm 5 feet 2 inches, per my doctor a healthy weight is 128 lbs on the low end and 135 lbs on the high end. I'm pretty solid due to genetics, my dad has like 0% body fat and my mom is a fox Laughing

I started my weight loss journey in September at 210.. I joined Fat Secret in the middle of October at 196.. Since then this is what I have accomplished.

I also see nothing wrong with men who prefer a large woman, it's a taste thing, just like I prefer skinny women some men prefer the opposite, I see nothing wrong with that, and if the woman is confortable with her body, let them both be happy, which doesn't seem to be your case.

Obviously we all know it is not healthy to be 'fat', sooner or later you develop health problems because of that and with only 24yo you were already suffering from prehypertension/hypertension, you certainly did the right thing.

People often ask me, why I decided to lose weight, did I fall in love, or something like that, I usually say that only for myself, I just turned 30, and so far, I have had a perfect, health, hit the perfect score in every medical exam, however, I knew that was just a matter of time before my weight and cigarrete habits became an issue, so I decided, just like you to lose weight, and for the first time since I was 17yo, I'm weighting under 100kg.

I have to say, in the the first photo, you looked very unhealthy and in the second one, you look hot! I say that with all due respect, keep up the good work!
