Hi all,
I know when I started this diet adventure I thought I'm going to have stir-fry all the time. I love stir-fry! Then I looked at the calories in all of the stir-fry sauces in my fridge and thought now what? 1 tablespoon of sauce doesn't cover my stir fry and it has all sorts of calories just in that. My only choice was soya, and that got boring after a while.
Then I found these stir-fry mixes from clubhouse. They are a powder you add water too, and for whatever reason they have way less calories. Only 15 in a reasonable servings in some, and 25 in other flavours. Admittedly they are a little more expensive, especially when I cook for the whole family and use the whole packet in one stir fry. But they taste good and are way better diet-wise. T
Thought I'd let people know in case they were getting bored of soya sauce too. lol

There are two kinds of people: those who choose to throw out the good cherries and wallow in all the rotten ones, and those who choose to throw out all the rotten ones and savor all the good ones.”

You can also try putting your stir fry over kelp noodles instead of rice or rice noodles. Kelp noodles only have 6 calories and 1 gram of carbs per serving, and almost no flavor, so they take on the flavor of whatever you pair them with.
Ever shrinking!

Thanks for the tip Sheryl.
Selenap20 they are made by clubhouse. I found them in the gravy and spice section in my store. In the same type of package as the individual gravy mix. THey might have been purple.
There are a few flavours. My favourites were Szechuan and Oriental. Delicious!
