Hi everyone and good luck for 2013!
I'm just finding my way around the site. I'm from Ireland and 58 years tomorrow - Jan 10th!
I lost a stone over the last 18 months, but keep putting on a few pounds and losing the same amount again, leaving me still 21lbs over the weight I want to be.
I feel very motivated and going to try to get my sister to join the group today!

I'm going on holiday to Mexico 2nd April and I want to look okay (or better!!) in a swimsuit.

I don't usually go mad eating, but I'm at the computer every day and find exercise the problem. I feel much better when I do exercise, so I am determined to use my treadmill and dance every day. Next week I'm looking into starting swimming regularly again too.
