I need some ideas on how to add more protein to my current diet. 50% is carbs, 30 % fat and 20% protein, yuck!

add beans to any meal for a quick protein boost. don't like beans, try greek yogurt. it is higher in protein than reg yogurt. If you eat snacks after dinner, make that a protein instead of a carb. good luck!

I enjoy Herbalife protein shakes. I also like their protein powder, protein mango drink mix etc. With the person powder you can add as much or as little as you need so that you get all the protein you need in a day. Be glad to give any info to help you. I have lost 25 poounds in 6 weeks.

I eat kangaroo meat, it's very high in protein, very low in cholesterol + heaps more benefits and taste great. Turkey is better then chicken.
For snacks I eat almonds and low fat yogurt.
Start weight 20/04/2013 = 240kg Goal weight 120kg (total loss 120kg)
It won't happen over night, but if you don't give up it WILL happen.

I have protein shakes for breakfast and lunch and really look forward to them. Hard boiled eggs are also a great way to add protein.

Isopure whey protein shake: 1 scoop is 25 grms protein/100cal/0carb&fat.
mix with : 1 cup silk almond milk (30 calories)and 1/2 cup of berries or 1/2 banana (approx 40 calories) . Really good and filled with nutrition and protein!
