I like to look at the recipes before I go to the grocery, get the ingredients, then try that as my new food for the week...there are some great and simple ideas I've found on here that I never thought about before!

I like to try something new too. It keeps me motivated. If I do good all week, I give myself a "free day". I am going to start doing that again and I plan to make a meal that I ran across on Pinterest or in a magazine that may be higher in fat but definitely better than eating out.

Coconut Milk
