I am looking to get a good estimate for calories burned during hockey. The only default in the fatsecret calendar is "skating - 10mph" which I don't think would be sufficient for hockey.
Hockey is a game of short sprints with short rests. So, over an our of hockey, you might have 30 minutes of all out sprint, and 10 of more casual skate and 20 of rest. Anyone have any good estimates to plug in for hockey calorie usage?

Hockey is listed under strenuous exercise. 1116 calories burned an hour.

Burpees - Correct Form
