I cheated and started dieting a few months ago, but I thought I'd wait till New Years to join since that is when most people get started. I am looking from some buddies diet with because, lets face it, it is hard. Looking forward to meeting a lot of you. Best of luck to everyone in 2013!

My husband loves carbs and he wants me to eat them with him. It's been 6 days and he is still rolling his eyes at me for not eating bread, potatoes, rice and pasta. I just take a deep breath and try to ignore it, Although it still upsets me I wish he could see how hard it is for me to stay on track with it. My weight

Jan 29 : 219 lbs
Feb 5 : 212 lbs
Feb 12 : 209.2 lbs

Mini goal : loss 6 lbs a month

Long term goal : Get down to 160 lbs by the end of summer and to be able to keep it off.

So I'm back on the wagon and would love to lose 25-30 this time (and of course, keep it off!). Mutual encouragement and inspiration would be great Smile
