Thanks for telling me about this app. I am either going to obsess over the foods I eat and over eat, OR it will hold me accountable for the things I eat...Making my way of life healthier. I am hoping for the second option Wink

keep the sugar substitute and loose the cream, and your coffee wont eat in to your calorie count Smile

I do non fat creamer and one splenda but I dont know how to put that in there...So I just chose sugar and cream...???
