What Johnny said. Go to your diet calender, where you enter your food, at the very bottom of that page you have the option to recalculate your RDI, and here is that option also. It's a great idea to recalculate every now and then regardless. As we lose weight, we burn less, and a new calculation is needed.

I went from morbidly obese to being the owner of TABDIG - a weight loss coaching service that helps people worldwide losing weight. It's been an amazing journey. From October 4th 2010 to April 3rd 2012 I lost half my body weight - 80 kilos/170 lbs. Since then, I have had two cosmetic surgeries to remove excess skin. I have now quadrupled my strength, gained several kilos in muscle mass, and today I focus on building muscle, optimizing my diet, living healthy and helping people to reach the very same goals. I am stronger, healthier, thinner, happier! If you feel that you need help losing weight, don't hesitate to send me an inbox message.

Hi there people! Is anyone aware of a way I can export all my raw data? It would be cool to be able to do a bit of custom analysis/visualisation. Cheers, Dan.

How many calories should I be eating? What kind of diet? Macros?
Again, you haven't entered any info, without info it's hard to help you. I left my info as public so I was able to get feedback to help me on my journey.
