Home Workouts
I have resistance bands that are great for a quick strength training workout. I just bring up youtube and search resistance bands, and have a big choice of workouts to follow.

hey Phooka...while you're walking hold your arms straight out in front of you at shoulder height, swing them straight up to vertical and down in time with your walking strides...it won't take long ...

You all sit down on a daily basis? And get up? That's a squat with a break in the middle! Does sitting down or getting up hurt?
