There isn't really any way to track your exercise beyond the calories you expend each day. I keep a spreadsheet on my computer to see where I am.

How Often Do you weigh yourself?
I think becoming obsessed with weighing in on a daily basis is super unhealthy. Your body weight naturally fluctuates and you will easily get discouraged. I weigh myself once a week.

Sodium/Salt intake HOW MUCH
The minimum required is 500mg sodium a day. The ideal is 1500mg a day. Maximum is 2400mg a day.
