Hello fellow dieters!
To keep my very long story short, I'm 21 years old, 5ft4, a little more than just 'chubby' and doing something about it, for once
I weighed in at 202lbs on August 13th 2012 with a goal of being in the "160's" by Christmas and I am happy to say, I just about made it: weighed in at 169.4lbs today Christmas day 2012. PHEWW! I was hoping to be a bit closer to the 160 mark to be honest, but it's better than nothing!
My goal over Christmas is not necessarily to lose any weight, because my house is full of chocolate and I plan on eating at least some (most) of it...but I definitely don't want to gain, so I will be weighing every day just to keep things in check.
I will not be going out to get drunk on new year's eve because I want to be fresh for New Year's day! On the 1st January 2013 I will be re-kick starting my diet by jumping into the Dukan diet and seeing how it goes. Wish me luck!

New Year's day 2013: Starting the Dukan Diet at 169.8lbs
1 Feb 2013: 160.4lbs
1 August 2013: 146lbs
