I'll be your friend I just started today and I need some positive conversations. My husband isn't happy about me starting a new diet even though my doctor told me to lower my carbs. He wants me to eat what he eats. I've tried to explain to him that I'm only allowed 20 grams of carbs a day. I even pointed out how many carbs are in a potatoe or a piece of bread and tha it would use up all most of my carbs.
Jan 29 : 219 lbs
Feb 5 : 212 lbs
Feb 12 : 209.2 lbs
Mini goal : loss 6 lbs a month
Long term goal : Get down to 160 lbs by the end of summer and to be able to keep it off.
