Question I'm slow manoeuvring around this site. Not sure what I'm doing. Here is my start. Gotta get going with something. Hopefully this will help motivate me.

The greatest motivation is that you have decided its the time for you... The second greatest is the thoughts that keep you going. Find friends with mutual thoughts and interest. Remember everyone is different there is no wrong diet its just finding the one for you... Enjoy your journey and your goals

get rid of ALL the bad foods and drink in your house, and replace them with good ones if they aren't in easy reach you can't consume them

Thank you hwzat4u. I am keeping it lower than what FS is telling me but a couple hundred over those recommended by the nutritionist, still well below FS daily RDI.

This is a good starting point, but you really need an exercise plan to maximize the results. Even if it is just walking. Get moving!
